1 General Terms

In this document, "bd555", "we", and "our" refer to the bd555 operating platform, and "you", "user", and "member" refer to any person registered on or using this platform. All services provided through bd555's website, mobile app, or any other digital channel are governed by these terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using bd555's services, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using this platform.

bd555 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its discretion. Amended terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use bd555's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Any person under age is strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any gaming activity on bd555. We may request an identity document or other proof of age at any time.

Additionally, bd555's services are not available to anyone located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law. It is entirely the member's own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their location.

3 Account Registration and Security

To create an account on bd555, you must register with accurate and up-to-date information. You are required to provide your real name, mobile number, and email address at the time of registration. bd555 reserves the right to cancel any account created with incorrect or false information at any time.

It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to make a habit of logging out on shared devices. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify bd555's support team immediately.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Multiple members of the same household may create separate accounts from separate devices, but bd555 reserves the right to verify this.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.
• A password change cannot be completed without OTP verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The minimum deposit amount on bd555 is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be accepted.

Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request.

All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your name. Transactions made through third parties are not accepted, and if such a transaction is identified, the account may be suspended.

• Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected, additional verification may be required.
• bd555 does not allow any money laundering or illegal financial activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bd555's welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

A bonus is never "free money" — it only becomes withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met. Promotional offers may have a set expiry date, and if the requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxies will result in all related accounts being cancelled.
• In cases of bonus abuse, bd555 reserves the right to cancel the bonus without notice.
• bd555 may change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program

bd555's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 1.2% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. VIP tier advancement depends on continued activity on the platform.

• Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to the account.
• VIP benefits are not transferable or sellable.
• If an account is banned, all VIP benefits are automatically cancelled.

7 Games and Betting Policy

bd555 offers various entertainment and gaming services including slots, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in detail within the game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a game result is voided due to a technical error, all bets for that round will be refunded. bd555 will not be held responsible for bets lost due to disconnection, unless confirmed in the server-side log.

• Playing games using any software, bot, or automated means is prohibited.
• If evidence of collusion or group cheating is found, all related accounts will be permanently closed.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game log record will be considered final.

8 Security and Privacy

If bd555 detects suspicious activity on your account, it may temporarily suspend the account as a security measure and request identity verification. This process is carried out to protect your interests.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Harassing behaviour towards other members.

If you wish to close your account, you may submit a request at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

11 Changes and Updates to Terms

bd555 reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. However, minor changes may take effect without a separate notification.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may stop using the service and submit a request to close your account. 12 Dispute Resolution and Limitations

If you have a complaint or dispute, please first contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Support is available in both Bengali and English. Complaints are generally reviewed and a decision communicated within a reasonable time after receipt.

For disputes regarding game results or transactions, server-side game logs and transaction records will be considered final evidence. bd555 is not liable for any loss caused by a technical error or disruption to a third-party service.
